I really wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing the mother-daughter bracelets for 23 pounds. They are nothing like what was advertised. They look cheap and unattractive, and the quality is disappointing. Shipping took forever, and overall, it was a huge letdown. I strongly advise against this! If you want to return them, you'll have to pay for shipping to a post box address in Australia. They took a long time to respond to my emails and only offered a 20 to 30% refund, which I doubt I will receive. This feels like a scam! I've reported this to the relevant consumer authorities. They even blocked me on social media, which is quite unprofessional!
