I will say I had an issue with my delivery as I paid extra for next day shipping and didn't receive it within the next couple of days. I reported my dilemma to wow angel and they responded to me less than 24 hours and have kept consistent correspondence since. they offered me a refund for my shipping and a gift card. I do appreciate this company because their service matches the price and quality of the wigs and that's the most important thing to me.
