I spent £300 on a wig that was advertised as pre-bleached, with light, natural-looking knots and a realistic lace finish. However, the wig I received looks nothing like the images on the website. The knots are completely black and unbleached, clearly visible throughout the lace, which is the total opposite of what was shown and described online.It is very clear that this company is not sending wigs that look like the ones shown in their photos. The product I received bears no resemblance to the advertised images, which is misleading and unacceptable for the price paid.When I contacted customer service, I was offered an exchange but told I would have to pay the return shipping myself, even though the item was not as described. This is not how a reputable business should handle false advertising.This is my second purchase from this company, and I had hoped for an improved experience. Instead, it has been even more disappointing. The product does not match what is shown online, and the customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive.If you are thinking of ordering from this company, do not be fooled by the website pictures. They are completely misleading, and the quality and appearance of the wig you receive will not match what is advertised.
