After putting my order through, I received an endless list of payment authentication requirements. First, a video confirming my card, then an ID etc.
Had to cancel the entire order. If I have made a payment and shared a bank statement with the purchase on there, I genuinely do not understand what the issue was.
Never once encountered such nonsense in my life! Which also made me feel like I was being interrogated or something.
Utter waste of my time since I’ve now also lost almost an entire week!!!
