Ordered my daughter the Evo balance bike. All she’d been going on about for weeks and weeks was that she wanted Father Christmas to bring her a “Pink bike” as her siblings have their own bikes. I received my order, sealed. Went to assemble Christmas even to find there were missing parts! Gutted was an absolute understatement, when trying to contact Wowow toys I was sent an automated message to say that nobody would be able to get back to me until Jan 2nd at the earliest. As much as I appreciate everybody is entitled to a well deserved break over Christmas, owning any business and certainly a toy based one, you cannot leave customers that long without any form of acknowledgment! When asking for a resolution I was asked to contact Amazon as that’s who I purchase the item through but all Amazon wanted me to do was return it and order a new one. But how could I be so sure this wasn’t going to happen again as nobody seemed very interested! Anyway, my husband went out a few days ago and purchased parts to replace what was missing so my daughter is thrilled - I certainly will not be placing another order with Wowow.
