Order was returned to supplier by delivery company after it said there were 2 missed drop offs. Wowow toys email the next day and offered a refund or a rescheduled delivery. I opted for a refund in case there was a repeat problem with the delivery. I received the refund within 3 days. I feel this was all dealt with very efficiently.
