This company is something else. They have a good website and competitive prices. Performance ranges from OK...if all goes well, to the usual ABYSMAL if there are any problems. Their so called "Customer Service" is truly dire, and VERY unresponsive to resolving issues. As many other reviewers have said, "customer service is non-existent". Last order only part delivered about 3 weeks late, 1 item only NOT 5. with cans leaking. CS always take about a week to respond with abrupt anonymous unfriendly emails, sometimes actually aggressive. No sender name given, certainly no rapport, concern or care, and they don't even seem to read your email, just ask you to repeat it, in a very off-hand manner....then you have to wait another week for their next pathetic couldn't-care-less response.I eventually over a period of several weeks managed to negotiate an agreed refund for damaged/ lost cans, but when the refund arrived a long time later, the amount was incorrect and short. Weeks later I still havent got my full refund. It's 5 weeks now since I placed my order, only got one case not 5, and of that case of 24, 6 were damaged/lost.... YET STILL WAITING for my part refund. Am going to report them to MBNA Visa, as they should have their accreditation removed. They are an utter shambles of an outfit to be avoided at all costs.
