My order was held up so I contacted Wowstore who looked into it and found it had been lost by the courier. (It happens sometimes.) They offered me a choice of refund or replacement. I chose the latter and the replacement was sent straight away and arrived shortly afterwards.It's a sign of excellent customer service that when things don't go so well there's prompt action to put it right, and that was exactly my experience in this case. I'll be ordering from Wowstore again.
