Terrible experience I wish I had read these reviews before I made account with wow Vegas !
They had no problem taking my money to purchase coins! But once I tried to redeem about 450$ when I was done playing that night! I got the big run around’ to verify myself’ they blocked my account’
I sent my id card picture front & back
Then they wanted more info “ I sent my rental lease agreement
“ then they wanted by bank statements & w2s ( I didn’t send those w2s because I’m not comfortable giving them to a online gaming site that I was a first time user to “
So of course my account is still blocked and of course I never recovered my 450$

Horrible experience
Tried to reach out after it’s almost been a year. They locked me out of my account told me to verify it a couple of times of course I did at the time they locked me out. They said I had been hacked and it wasn’t my fault. Still have those emails have all of the emails but they quit responding to me about eight months ago now when I try the AI assistant tells me they don’t have live support anymore, but he’ll try to figure it out, which is funny as I’ll get out I had about $1200 worth of redemptions when they locked me out of my account. I guess it was just to keep my money you guys. Please be careful when you’re messing with this company.
I’ve been waiting for over a week now on my redemption and nothing has came I’m a VIP member in which means I’ll received my redemption in 3 business days it’s a okay site with many game options but not a high win rate. If I ever get my redemption request I’ll return to it but I really hope I do because if I don’t I’ll write a worse review, stay away from this sight if your on a budget and not willing to lose your money.

I have informed you about not getting credited for answering the puzzles that you send my messenger account well you said you would look into it and it continues.. so just quit sending me the puzzles i try and log in via facebook but it won’t allow me so the hell with it
