UPDATE: It's been a week of this nonsense and it's still not fixed.
When I left this review, I thought the issue was resolved. It was not.
I am now on email 28 with their support team.

The Deputy Support Manager, Alfonso, is personally involved at this point, which tells you everything about how far this has escalated. He made additional fixes. He declared it resolved. It is not resolved.
Desktop: no WooPay button. Two browsers. Two different products. Incognito mode on both. Documented with screenshots sent directly to their team.
Mobile: working. Sometimes. Depending on what day it is apparently.
A plugin I paid $59 for to make my site faster has now consumed an entire week of my life, generated 28 support emails, involved two support agents and a Deputy Support Manager, and my checkout is still behaving differently depending on what device you use.
Before this plugin touched my site, every button showed up everywhere, every time, without exception.
I stand by every word of my original review and I'm adding this: if you run WooCommerce and you sell digital products, walk away. Run. The speed gains are real. The support when something breaks is a full-time job you did not sign up for.
