I switched to the new service from my previous provider, which initially seemed fine despite some glitches on the desktop app. However, after the acquisition was announced, the quality of service has noticeably declined, and now one of my bank connections is not functioning. Previously, I received prompt support for similar issues, but the current support team appears less trained and is asking for lengthy explanations, including screen recordings of errors, which is frustrating. The expectation to troubleshoot on my own is unreasonable. I urge the support team to take responsibility for resolving these technical issues or refund my money. The lack of empathy in their approach is concerning.
