The migration itself went smoothly, but I was supposed to receive an additional month of service that was delayed. After reaching out multiple times, I finally received the promised month after some effort. I appreciate the help I received in resolving the communication issues. While I can’t give a perfect rating due to the short notice and initial confusion, I plan to subscribe again once the free month concludes.
