The transition from my previous provider to this service has been a complete failure. I've lost access to my data, and there is no indication that it will be resolved soon. It's been two days with no progress. The service now has my financial data and banking connection, which is extremely concerning. If this is not rectified within the next 48 hours, I will consider taking legal action.
