Although I received no prior email notification from WPXPO before getting charged (autorenewal of their annual subscription), I could successfully get reimbursed after submitting a request to their email support later on, as I didn't need their Wordpress plugin (PostX) any more, thanks to Owadud from WPXPO support who I want to acknowledge for his valuable and quick help on this matter.
