I wish I could rate them lower than one star. I ordered a skin through their social media page and waited a week, only to receive the wrong device's skin. I informed them right away, and they promised to send a replacement. After another week, I was told it was sent to the wrong city. Now, nine days later, I'm writing this review to let others know that I still haven't received the skin I paid for. While the prices are appealing, their customer service and overall service quality feel just as cheap. I would recommend paying a bit more elsewhere to ensure you get what you've ordered. Their support system is frustrating, and I often feel like I'm explaining my situation to someone who doesn't understand.
