I used to buy loads of crates from this company, started off really well... their items were really good and I was really happy. But they don't protect the autograph cards, like the American Wrestling companies do. They just put them in the box, with keyrings and other heavier items. So the signed photos were getting bashed up and ruined, so I sent them an email about this. At first they were really helpful, and sent out replacements. But after a few times of this happening, because they still were not protecting the main items. These are expensive crates, and a lot wrestling fans don't have a lot of money. They got really funny about it, even though I provided pictures of the items and the damage. So they started to ignore me, so I put a couple of posts saying please could they respond to me. The funny thing is, they then blocked me, straight after I actually said that one of their crates that month was really good, and I got my items ok. This is really odd behaviour, I just want buy something and to get what I paid for undamaged. Years later, because I got my girlfriend to buy my crates. I tried to sort it with them, and make everything good. So I could see their posts for what was coming next. But they were rude and said "You will stay Blocked!" even though they hadn't had a complaint from me for years. Even though I was still getting damaged items, they then have been really rude to my girlfriend who has been very polite with them. I hope the wrestlers realise how they are treating people, that just want to buy and item and get it in good condition. This really is not good enough, and I think subscribers are realising this now... because they have to give away loads of extra stuff to get them to subscribe. Which they will only send you if they want to, or they might even send a load of leftovers no one wants instead of the items they said they would give you. I am sorry to have to post this, because I used to really love getting the crates. And I really wanted this to work out for both of us.
