I had tried to cancel my subscription online and thought i did so until i was charged which may have been my mistake. However, it does state if you contact within a certain timeframe you can receive a refund for your order which i tried. customer service replied once and then not again to my emails and did not help me with my issue at all. I accepted that it may have been a mistake on my end regarding maybe not cancelling properly etc so i decided i would just keep my subscription incase i liked the next signature. I tried to pause my subscription again when i realised the signature wasn’t for me! and it would not let me do it online. So i contacted customer support once again to try and resolve the issue so that i could pause the subscription this time and easily reactivate it in future. I asked if they could pause on their end as it would not let me and they basically just said “we recommend just cancelling your subscription” I must say i have had quite a negative experience with their customer service and honestly they just do not seem interested in helping at all. Which is quite sad because i really enjoyed when i did get boxes prior to this and thought that i would have no issues but in any company customer service is really important and if you don’t seem interested in helping then it’s going to put people off. Unfortunately, Like recommended i’ll cancel my subscription and let my other friends know who also use wrestlecrate the issues i’ve had and recommend they don’t use it as if they ever have any issues customer service won’t care.
