I ordered two items from their website, which were special items from a recent event. Transaction went through ok however several hours later I got an email saying that the website had put one of them up at the wrong price.At this point they said I could either swap it to an item that was £29.99 or pay the price it should have been at £64.99. I elected to take a refund and asked, as their original email to me said ‘we will of course try and find a way to make this up to you’. When I asked what this would be the person I was corresponding with, Mark, goes ‘we have refunded you as you have chosen not to receive the item’. No attempt to honour the attempt to try and find a way to make this up to me.Poor service
