I have only used the patches for forehead and chest a handful of times; take from this what you will. The forehead patch leaves weird crater marks that eventually fade but I can tell a bit of a difference in my furrow lines between my brows. The chest patch left a red blood blister line in the middle of my chest. NOT HAPPY.
