My purchase experience has been extremely frustrating. After payment, I attempted to reach out to the support team several times through all available channels, but received no response. The complete lack of acknowledgment or support is unacceptable for any company, especially one offering 'premium' products. The absence of communication raises significant concerns about their reliability. Buyers should be very cautious, as obtaining support after payment seems nearly impossible. I will update this review only if the company decides to respond appropriately.
