Promised publishing services not deliveredI purchased a publishing package from Writepublishers.com on 11 September 2025 for $499. I was advised the service would include publication on Amazon Kindle and Barnes & Noble, three formats (paperback, hardcover and eBook), and five complimentary printed copies, with an estimated completion time of 7–8 working days.Five months later, I have still not received the five printed copies, despite multiple follow-ups and assurances they would be sent. I have also been unable to independently verify any Barnes & Noble listing for my book.Communication has continued, but the original timeline has extended from about one week to several months without the key deliverables being completed.I later learned that the book appears to have been uploaded using standard Amazon print-on-demand self-publishing, which I was able to do myself directly. This raised concerns about the value of the service provided compared to what was represented at the time of sale.I contacted the company before posting this review and gave an opportunity to resolve the matter, however the printed copies and verifiable Barnes & Noble publication remain outstanding.Prospective authors should carefully research publishing services and clearly understand what they are paying for before committing funds.---
