They have numerous hidden charges they don't tell you about until after you sign the contract. Terribly unprofessional. They got the main character wrong. They sent unfinished illistrations. First girl lost my whole manuscript after I had approved it. One lady lied to me about numerous things trying to trick me out of more money. Highly do not recommend. Wasted 3 months and bailed to find a professional publisher.
