I registered and paid for a webinar, but was given no joining instructions so wasn't able to attend live. There was a "download link" tucked away in tiny writing at the bottom of the payment receipt (I had to search ages to find it), but there is nothing to download - just a thumbnail that does nothing. I had no response to my query either by social media or email and I am £25 out of pocket. I don't know if they are scammers or just have dreadful IT/customer service, but either way, I wouldn't use them again. I have successfully attended similar webinars with other organisations so I am confident it's not just me.
