They were very prompt in getting the project going, and were ready if I called at anytime during working hours. Very courteous and professional. Worked in stages, and has been very forth-coming of its development throughout the weeks. However, errors were edited in, such as common verses proper nouns, as in Mother, verses mother. Those errors, (and there were several), were not in my original manuscript, but were in the edited version. It was corrected, but it delayed the process by days. As of now, I am happy with how it is going.
