Terrible customer service.They advertise shipping times, that they know they can't fulfill.I ordered on 09/11 and it said delivery by 13/11.It's now 24/11, when i reached out, they said that the supplier is late, and then i sked for a partial refund because the product had additional 20 euros off cause of Black Friday, and they wouldn't even accept that.The site still adverises, that if you ORDER NOW (24/11) THEY WILL SHIP ON FRIDAY 28/11 WITH BIG GREEN LETTERS. A JOKE.
