Terrible service. They sent the wrong items, then I waited an entire month for the correct part. After that, they canceled a €32 bonus. When I asked why, they said the points were only valid for 30 days. But I couldn’t use them because they were blocked while the correct item was being delivered. That’s the kind of absurdity I’m talking about.
