This firm has been very disappointing. Imagine waiting around 12 hours for a response from the support team—it's unacceptable. A friend of mine requested a payout on January 5th, and he still hasn't received it. They asked him to go through an interview, but even after that, there has been no payment. I believe this is the end for this firm, and I urge everyone to exercise caution.
