Good morning. Since I’m unable to reply to the response you gave to my previous comment, I’m going to respond with a new review. This time I’m giving at least 3 stars because you took the time to reply, but I still feel quite disappointed since you didn’t even properly review my case.
The email I received from the risk department wasn’t even to request a withdrawal; it was an email I received AFTER passing the second phase of my challenge. This clearly shows there’s some inconsistency here, because how is it possible that I passed a challenge if, according to you, “the trader didn’t fully comply with the risk rules”?
In any case, my intention isn’t to get into any kind of argument with you, but rather to let you know that I, along with many others who take this profession seriously, are willing to continue working with you as long as there’s consistency and professionalism at all times. Anyone who PASSES a challenge does so because they complied with the rules; otherwise, anyone who doesn’t comply with the rules automatically FAILS the challenge.
