I'm quite let down by my purchasing experience with this service. More than a month has gone by since I ordered the flashlight, and I still haven't received it. What concerns me even more is that customer support mentioned there’s a chance my package might never arrive. Although they said they are looking into it with the logistics team and that a reshipment is possible if the item is confirmed missing, the situation is frustrating and unacceptable due to the long delivery time. I regret that my first experience with this company turned out this way.
