I'm quite disappointed with my purchasing experience with this service. Over a month has gone by since I ordered the flashlight, and I still haven't received it. What troubles me even more is that customer support indicated there’s a chance the package may never arrive. They mentioned that the issue is being investigated with the logistics team and that a reshipment could occur if the item is confirmed lost, but the entire situation is frustrating and unacceptable given the lengthy delivery time. I regret that my initial experience with this company ended up like this.
