I now own three vests and have always found them to be remarkable. They went above and beyond to assist me in correcting my mistake without making me feel embarrassed. Their explanations were very clear, and the vests are just fantastic. I have both printed and embroidered versions, and both are excellent. The complimentary info card is a delightful bonus. The staff are consistently polite, patient, and understanding. I also have a wheelchair bag from them that I love and now use as my work bag.
