I have shopped with this company numerous times, and I truly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The staff are lovely and very talented; I wish I could sew like they do. The attention to detail is always precise. I often have an idea in my mind but struggle to convey it, and they seem to understand perfectly, sending me a design to confirm it’s exactly what I want. When the items arrive, I'm never disappointed. My dog believes she has her own fashion designer. The owners welcomed us to their factory shop, making it a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to return. They also understand my disability and go above and beyond to accommodate my needs and those of my dog, ensuring everything she wears is fleece-lined for warmth, which we both appreciate.
