They advised on colours, talked me through correct sizing, and made sure everything was spot on.We later had the ability to drive down to Cannock to order a vest and were able to visit in person to have my dog measured properly. The atmosphere was fun, friendly, and welcoming, and it was nice to see the process and meet the people who work there. As I’d travelled quite far, they went above and beyond and had the vest ready for me to collect before they finished work that same afternoon, and made it a priority right as they were to break up for Christmas. There was a store shop that we went through and came away with a lot of matching kit and a few door pull handles to help my dog open doors for me.The customer service was 5* from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. I originally found Wuffable through reviews on the Assistance Dogs UK Charity and Owner Trainers page, and I’m so glad I gave them a try. In the New Year I'll be back for our next vest and grab some more patches.
