Ordered a vest a couple weeks ago. Be careful, this used to be a friendly company but the lady in charge is not. You design a vest but if it goes wrong you are emotionally manipulated into thinking it is your fault, the lady has rsd which she has no problem forcing down your throat. Rather than dealing with it in a healthy way she starts going on tangents saying how upset she is and how hurtful it is that you do not like the vest even if the error is on their part. This is not a healthy way to run a company and is deeply innaporpriate to mention disabilities to customers when a mistake is made to make them feel bad. Any negative feedback is massivly over exagerated on their facebook and only praise the good feedback they refuse to learn from mistakes. Although their vests are good, i no longer feel comfortable ordering from them. I do not like the passive agressive tone in messages over someones disability which is not our fault. I appriciate the difficulty but this has no place in a customer/buisness relationship. Sort the problem with the order stop using rsd as an excuse to pick on customers who disagree leave bad reviews and have problems with their orders. it is deeply uncomfortable to read.
