I was asked how my pup was, but I haven't received it yet. I replied to the email and very quickly got a response. They had found there was something wrong on their end and were quick to resolve.
I was offered either my $$ back or they would reship my order. I should soon receive my pup. I can't wait.

The ordering process is straightforward, but I would appreciate more time to modify my order before it ships.
