I ordered early to ensure delivery before Christmas, but it hasn’t even shipped after 10 days. No confirmation email was sent, and the website shows no tracking information. After reading other reviews, I'm feeling deceived. I wish I had checked them first. This service seems fraudulent, and I intend to report it for possible fraud. This situation is unacceptable, especially given the misleading advertisement.
