Samantha ! You were great . Samantha was our manager and is very knowledgeable . What ever I asked Samantha was on the ball and had the answer to hand . Her product knowledge is very good . Always able to contact her fairly quickly . A rarity these days . She filled me in on facts on underfloor heating that will help in the future . I tried a couple of other companies but only got half the answer as they didn’t know their product .A heating engineer recommended wunda and never looked back .On lifting my floor found my joists went the opposite way . Samantha came up with new diagram quicker than she expected . Great ! Thank you very much . The despatch and delivery were brill . Van driver too was exceptional . I have sold hifi equipment and run a company for all my working life and have experience in customer service and what a customer expects along with couriers etc .This company is a breath of fresh air !!
