I’ve had my UFH system installed for just over 2 years, it has really transformed my home. I have a traditional screed system.I also have the Wundasmart system which controls the UF and radiators using wireless thermostats. It has been faultless until this weekend where the UF connection box lost signal.Upon further inspection it was clear there was a fault with this.I called the Wunda helpline and spoke to the technical department and explained the issue. They had no quibble about replacing the faulty connection box. As I was local I collected it this morning. Now installed and working perfectly.The Wunda equipment is excellent quality, this is why I was surprised to have discovered a fault, but with aftercare service that good is very impressive.
