I emailed Tech Support late one night to report a fault with my underfloor heating. The first thing the next day I received a reply from Luke with some advice which I followed up with a phone call. I spoke to another very helpful lady who suggested a few things and I eventually was pointed to check the 5amp fuse in the central receiver unit which has blown. I can honestly say that it’s really refreshing to have such prompt and efficient responses with great clear communication. Thank you WundaFloor tech support.
