We are an older DIY couple and installed it all ourselves. The plumber linked it up to the boiler. I'm really happy with how the system works, all controlled from an app on our phones. I gave it 4 stars as its not as easy to install as the videos make it look. However, customer service is brilliant and the installation videos are really good.
