Spoke to the helpline a few times today about a new heating system. The system was designed and ordered by someone else so I didnt really have a clear insight into what was needed. My first conversation showed me that the S plan connection centre was not supplied by them and not ordered by the customer either! Once I had all the parts and had connected, the lady on the phone was really helpful and patient, diagnosing faults and providing solutions. She really could not be more helpful, generous and patient.The result was a working heating system and a happy customer.
