The product is great easy to DIY all plans are sent with the delivery. Would be great if they gave you a step by step on how to install the system but I worked it out eventually. Had to get a plumber in to fit it to my combo boiler system as the instructions I guess are generic. Other that those small issues the system is great and the cheapest I found. Side note mine is under porcelain tiles and also laminate floor with an underlay called heat flow. Both working great through the winter. Also have an app to control each ‘zone’.
