Lack of customer care

I ordered 2 x Blonde eyebrow gels on 26th June. Evri didn't deliver them, so not wunderbrow's fault. However, I made several calls and emails to them before a person rang me back. They promised to send 2 more out to me. The delivery was prompt and the order stated 2 x blonde eyebrow gels, BUT ONLY 1 IN THE BOX. How could they get it so wrong.Not impressed. Have order for years but not happy and will look elsewhere in the future.
