I had booked a boat trip in sardinia with this company and due to weather it was cancelled.a full refund of 144 euros or £121.68 was due back ,but they won't reply to my mail or WhatsApp ,I am very disappointed with the lack of respect and no communication,the advisor Anna won't reply either ,I stayed at the TH San teordora hotel My credit company will be trying to reclaim the money ,as I don't think it should go this far
