The quality of the leads were never really ideal. I started with $1000 in the "lead bank," and deactivated my account with a little over $300 remaining. Of all the "leads" I received, many sought free advice, wanted to speak with an attorney to decide later, etc. I was credited for a number of refund requests made but keep in mind that the inability to contact a so-called lead is not a reason for refund. That being said, you receive an email with contact information and hopefully, the contact information is correct and someone actually responds. If not, you're often out of luck. On a positive not, ONE lead panned out and that retainer paid for the trial with this company. However, if you expect fully vetted leads that are confirmed they are looking to retain an attorney, this company may fall short.
