According to their refund policy they will refund the cost of lead if they state in the comment section they are looking for free or pro bono advice. When you contact the customers (15+) and they clearly state that they are only looking for free advice, they refuse to refund your investment. Basically, you end up giving them free money even though you have spend a large investment on their so called leads which are not vetted. People really need help with various issue, but sites like this make it hard to trust them as a legitimate lead generation site. In my opinion, you would do better cold calling or using social media.
