Misinformed. Was told at the last minute/after I sent the title lien, that it had to be sent in a pdf form. They should have told me that prior to submitting the form. Was also told that the form could not be screen shot. When they already knew because I was told by them to print the form out and sign the last page, take a picture and send it back to them. I would give loan mart a no star rating if possible. One big headache! The process was not quick! I had to call them to see if they received the above mentioned documents. They never received the documents. Then they had to look at another email-to where the documents were sent! Just makes me feel very uncomfortable and leaves me wondering just exactly how much trouble I would have in getting my title back -(especially being out of state) should I have went thru with the loan. I forwarded a email to them expressing my displeasure with the whole process. I know that they do not need my business. However, I know that they need good reviews. Well this is not a good review!!!! Please beware -they are not up front.Was told that they could not accept the documents. After reading more reviews.. I am glad that i did not sign any loan contract with them! Be ware!!
