Let me just start off by saying 9ree.comf has the best customer service. After calling a couple well known online stores and getting the run around and hearing theres a 3to4 week wait, I called 9reed and spoke with Pete. He called Bashsea to verify that he could have me one to my house in a week. He called me back 10 minutes later and the sump was in stock so I purchased it. He followed up with me about ever other day to let me know tracking status and when I should be expecting the sump. Just amazing customer service. I will be a customer for life.
