I do not recommend dealing with this company. My experience was very discouraging after a sale representative (Cameron) who apparently is the owner hang up the phone on me (not clear reason). A day before today 06/10/2021 looking for a generator head I called the company. At that time the rep (Other than Cameron) was very nice and good manners, but could not answer my question, at that time he Tooke my personal info to get me later with the answer. Well a day after I called again with the same concern, this time It was Mr. Cameron himself answered the phone. I wanted to Know if Generator head "Mecc Alte 2-Bearing Belt Drive Generator - ECP28-S/4, 15 kW, 120/240 Volt, Single-Phase, 4 Wire Dedicated Winding, 1800 RPM" Could be use to build an stand by generator for an small house. Basically I could not find if this alternator is able to deal with the surge of power needed by 4 tons AC to start running (the initial Surge). For reason I do not know Mr. Cameron became upset and mentioned issues with communications, he was kind of defensive after talking to me for 3 to 5 minutes. I provided my info and try to apology for any misunderstanding. I did not mean to be rude or bossy at all.. Then realize while providing my apology that he just hang on the phone. I swear I do not Know What made Mr. Cameron to act so unprofessional, rude and Uncomfortable, but at this point I do not care. I just want people to know what to expect about professionalism and manners of this small company. (coming form the owner)
