I made a call for an urgent refrigerator repair and fortunately, the technician was in the general area and at our home within 15 minutes! He was able to immediately diagnose where our water leak was. Since he needed to order the necessary parts, he placed shut off valve, so the refrigerator could continue running with no further leak He ordered the two water valve parts and was back out the next morning to perform the required repair, put everything back together and was done within 30 minutes. I was very comfortable with his assessment and cost involved.
